Irish Therapy Dogs are very proud of Anne and Teddy, Irish Kennel Club Golden Paw overall winner. They entered the Life Changing Dog category.
Dr. Michael O’Dwyer, Consultant Anesthetist & Head of the Department of Anesthesia & Critical Intensive Care Unit, St Vincent’s Hospital says that Teddy has transformed the weekend experience at St. Vincent’s ICU. He has rarely seen such a seemingly small intervention make such a difference.
Many congratulations to Anne and Teddy and may we take this opportunity to thank all of our Volunteer Visiting Teams nationwide who change lives on a daily basis. Keep up the good work. We are so proud of you all!
