A Very Happy New Year to all our Volunteers, Junior Members, Care Centre Residents and Staff, School Pupils and Teachers, Sponsors and all who supported Irish Therapy Dogs during the year. We look forward to meeting you all again in 2021.
It has been a difficult year for everybody. Unfortunately Irish Therapy Dogs had no option but to suspend our service due to Government restrictions. We look forward to an extra special New Year. All of our Volunteers, together with their furry paws are really looking forward to being back visiting all of our dear friends as soon as we are in a position to do so.

Christmas is forever
Not for just one day,
For loving, sharing, giving
Are not to put away
Like bells and lights and tinsel,
In some box upon a shelf.
The good you do for others,
Is good you do yourself.
– Norman W. Brooks –
We can all look forward to a most enjoyable Christmas by doing that little bit extra to keep each other safe and well.
Irish Therapy Dogs very much miss visiting our wonderful friends in all categories of Care Centres throughout the country. We can assure you that our best part of normal will be returning to seeing you all.
These are difficult times, but necessary that everybody plays their part to keep each other safe. With a united front we look forward to a brighter future when the dogs can get their cuddles and we can get our hugs again.
Keep well, keep safe one and all. 🐾🐾🐾
IRISH THERAPY DOGS OFFICE CLOSED
Due to the present unprecedented circumstances and HSE restrictions, Irish Therapy Dogs have taken the decision to close our office. We will be back in operation as soon as restrictions are lifted and it is safe for us all.
Let us all look after each other. Keep safe, keep well.

Irish Therapy Dogs are following the HSE and Nursing Homes Ireland directives regarding the containment of the COVID-19 virus. It is a difficult time for everybody. It is up to each and every one of us to help prevent the virus spreading.
