Irish Therapy Dogs Juniors were Very Privileged to have Jim Stephens once again share his extensive knowledge and expertise with them on Sunday 11th March 2018.

Jim is a Consultant to the Irish Kennel Club on animal behavioural matters.  Jim is recognised as one of the most qualified animal behaviourists in the country, holding a Masters Degree from Southampton University in Companion animal behaviour counselling.  He speaks regularly on all aspects of dog and feline behaviours and writes for several national publications, as well as appearing on TV and radio.  Jim acts as a club representative on the Irish Kennel Club Ard Chomhaire, where he also serves on the  Agility, Obedience & Working Trials Committee.

They will want you back Jim, no doubt !!!!

Irish Therapy Dogs’ Mission is to provide physical, therapeutic and educational benefit to people, young and old, fit and frail, alert and impaired, in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Day Care Centres, Schools and other places where people may be restricted from having pets and where the presence of dogs and their owners, will add comfort and support.
